Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Purpose

To ensure fair treatment of all clients and maintain service quality.

Policy Overview

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy to provide the best service to all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

- Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or our online scheduling system.

No-Show Policy

- A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment without prior notice.

- Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

- If a client cancels within 24 hours of their appointment, it will be considered a late cancellation and will incur the same fee as a no-show.

Exceptions

- We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for your late cancellation or no-show, please contact us directly to discuss potential waivers.

Payment of Fees

- Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the payment method on file or billed directly to the client.

Acknowledgment

- Clients agree to this cancellation and no-show policy by scheduling an appointment.
