Dr. Tashanna Gillenwater-Catron, Founder and Principal Consultant of Knowing You Health & Wellness PLLC and Gillenwater & Associates Educational Consulting, is a distinguished fitness, health, and wellness educator who embraces a holistic approach to educating the whole person. With over 26 years of experience as a fitness and wellness specialist, as well as a licensed educator in both K-12 and higher education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her field.

In addition to her extensive academic and professional experience, Dr. Gillenwater-Catron holds multiple industry-recognized health and fitness certifications, including Personal Training, Nutrition, and Exercise is Medicine. She has applied her expertise in a variety of settings, including recreation centers, corporate wellness programs, health clubs, gyms, school districts, colleges, and universities.
