Taking Care of Those Feet
Are you someone who finds that your feet feel sore and inflexible after standing for an extended period of time? It's crucial to give your feet the care they need to maintain your overall health and wellbeing.

Have you ever heard the phrase 'my dogs are barking', after a person has been on their feet for an extended period of time? Well, basically what that phrase means is, that the feet of that person are aching, because of the time on their feet. Taking care of the feet that we all have the privilege of using every day, should be a priority. Here are some simple and inexpensive tools to use to take care of your feet: tennis balls (roll it around underneath the foot for a minute or two, then switch to the other foot), frozen water bottle (put it underneath the foot and roll it back and forth), and hand towel grabs (put a towel on the ground and use the toes to grab and drag the towel towards the body), all of these manipulative exercises ease aches, pains, decrease stiffness, and strengthen the feet to continue to perform.
